so finaly got it formated. now its fine.

Hai Vineet,

I think it's some of the virus problem..
I was also had these problem. So i format my system and then install new anti virus. Now the system is working good.
You also try this..

Formatting will solve a lot of problems, but it will also (dis)solve your data and programs. Unless there really is a problem requiring a format of the system, it is best avoided.
