    Default Question why DD Image Gallery is not working

    1) CMotion Image Gallery II

    2) http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...ongallery2.htm

    3) I have attempted to create a preliminary page using this script at

    http://www.keepsakequilting.com/test...est/video.aspx

    Why doesn't it scroll? I have the .css and .js files in that same folder (videotest). Thanks in advance for your help.

    Your height is too large (1600px), there is no need to scroll since all the images are visible, make the height smaller:
    Code:
    <div id="motioncontainer" style="overflow: hidden; width: 260px; height: 700px; position: relative;">

    I love Dropbox. Get it through my girlfriend's referral link (I reached my limit) and both you and her get 500 MB extra! Thanks and you're welcome!

    Oh gosh -- thanks. Funny, I thought it might be something like that before I left work -- and thought the container wasn't big ENOUGH. lol

    Thanks Snookerman -- I'll try it out and let you know!

    Thanks a lot -- it works perfectly! I really appreciate it and your quick response. You are awesome!

    I have one more question -- I want each scrolled image to open into a new window (which it does) but I want it to link to a .swf file. Can I just put some code in there to open a Flash file or... will it cause a problem. Do you have a quick example of how this might look?

    Thanks again!! You've been very helpful.

    Flash is not really my thing so I have no idea, but I suggest you just try it out, link it to the .swf file and see what happens. If you can't work, I'm sure the flash experts around here can help you out.

    Thanks -- this is an example of what I have:

    <div style="overflow: hidden;">
    <div id="motioncontainer" style="overflow: hidden; width: 300px; height: 500px; position: relative;">
    <div id="motiongallery" style="position: absolute; left: -5px; top: 1px;">
    <!--gallery Contents below-->

    <a href="javascript:enlargeimage('http://www.mycompanyswebsite.com/video/flash_video.swf')"><img src="http://www.imageserver.com/image1.jpg" alt="" border="0" /></a><br />
    <!--end Gallery Contents-->
    </div>
    </div>
    </div>

    It works great, scrolls great, a nice window opens -- but nothing comes in. It says its "transferring data" but I don't think it will come in. Is it because I am using the "javascript:enlargeimage" code and not something that gets a flash file and embeds it in that little window?

    I'm poking around as I can looking for the info/code I need online in between other work assignments -- so if anyone knows the code or where to find it, I'd really appreciate it!!! I like this gallery display by the way, DD is a great resource I've been using for years (even if I had to re-register and am listed as a 'New Comer') LOL
