How to make this flyout menu??

Does anyone know where I can find a template to make a flyout menu with the same idea as on this Porsche website WEBSITE LINK HERE?

I need a 3-STEP flyout menu with that box at the end. Don't need the colors and stuff just need the flyout menu functioning .

I'm not too good at this javascript and css thing so a template would really help me out.

That's the basic functionality you need. You can make the necessary changes via CSS to duplicate the Porche menu.
