URGENT HELP Needed With Textual tooltip FF1+ IE5+ Opr7+

I can't get this scrip to work;

I am using it as a "Questions & Answers". So that when the mouse rolls over
the Question the Answer appears on the right.

However the Answers are not appearing!!

You can't have this:

Either escape the red single quote or get rid of it.
