Auto resizing an iframe to fit its contents

now the problem is i need one to include external pages from another domain both are mine, but hosted under different account names

yes, I am able to edit all pages.

the problem is it doesnt work when the files are on another domain, thats written everywhere and it doesnt work with ff

In resizing the IFrame Content There are Two Scenario's

1. when pages are in same domain
2. when pages are in different domain
