Submit Form on another Website/hosting.

Website A is a template site that brings great traffic yet I do not have access to the cPanel, just the wisywig editor for basic html

Website B, I have cPanel and have working Submit Forms that I can customize.
Request::

I want to insert a Submit Form from Website B (b/c has hosting) into Website A.

Javascript cannot do this. You could use a frame or an iframe though.
