You already know about the best (ExpressionEngine). The rest falter in comparison.
But, if it's a comparison that you're after check out CMS Matrix. This is by no means an exhaustive list but it lists some of the more relatively popular ones.
Most of the CMS applications out there are absolute rubbish, including a majority of enterprise solutions.
