Browser compatibility issue: File upload field

Has any one notice the bug in naukri registration page?
If you browse the below link with Google chrome or Safari browser you can notice that the file filed is missing in “Attach Resume:’ section.

I’m facing the same issue in my project can any one help me to come out from this issue.

Believing definitely someone met this issue (since it was a general issue), is there any other alternate solution?

Both FF and Safari render the file upload input here for that page, it just looks differently than in IE or Opera. FF and Safari have been updating the look and function of the file upload input in order to improve security. People who use those browsers are probably used to its new appearance and use, if not - they may consult their browser's help.
