First of all, thanks to dynamic drive for providing these great scripts, I visit this site from years, I love it.

is my first post in the forum, and I'm sorry my first post is for asking help.
I use this script in my webpage from a long time:

Now I would like to re-design my website, and I cannot find a way to make the script to follow only the top margin of the window something like this script:

it scroll only when the menu touch the top margin of the window
is there anybody so kind to give me a hand? I'm not a javascript guru

if not, that's ok, I'll continue to use the script as it is.
