    Default flash screen capture movie

What is the best way to record what is on your screen for a flash video? I need to record something as a demonstration, then want to put it in flv.

Try a demo of camtasia studio, Mendyman recommended this to me, so I'll pass it on. There is some freeware that Blizzard sent links too as well.

I'll post the links to the ones that I tried and liked the best.

This one is great -it allows you to edit your media as well and exports a nice neat html file that will play a streaming vids realy well

If you allready have the video captured you can import it into flash and select for it to play it as a streaming video, rather than in the timeline or in the library. Flash will let you choose a "skin" to play stop and mute etc. then publish.
