2 marquees on the same page?

3) Describe problem: I'm having problem getting 2 of the scrollers to scroll vertically. I'm using a table as layout, with 3 columns. 1 of the scroller will appear in the left column, my website contents in the middle, and another of the scroller in the right column.

The problem is the left column scroller will work with no problem, but the right column scroller will only stay static (it'll not scroll).

Anyone know how I can fix it? Thanks.
