    Default Background images wont print?

    Hello!

    I have a print button on my website that is set to print out the main contents, such as the headline, texts and smaller images.

    In particular, I have a placeholder for thumbnail images, and this placeholder uses a few background images as you can see on the link below.

    My problem is, though, that no matter what I try, it just wont print out the small background images in the placeholder.

    Perhaps someone could help me figure out how to get them to be printed?

    I believe that it is the individuals printer settings that determine that.

    It's actually a browser setting. But as cbier implies, you have no control over if background images (or even regular images) will print.

    In my print stylesheets, I generally hide all images explicitly. Unless there is a particular contextual purpose to printing the background images, I would recommend against it.

    Which background to you actually want to print? Is it the frame around the pictures with the "white spots"?
