Script over image in DW

3) Describe problem: Hi I'm completely new to this so forgive my ignorance but although I have been able to get the above script to work in dreamweaver when on its own I was wondering how to impliment it so that it will appear on top of an image already in dreamweaver.

There are various ways, you could give either the content id or the container id a background image, or you could give them both transparent background and position them over an image.
