All Levels Menu with Frames

1) All Levels Navigational Menu (v1.5)

3) I have been able to implement this menu (top version) but find that if the menu is placed along the bottom of a header frame the automatic realignment of the dropdown occurs based on proximity to the frame bottom edge. (ie it is displayed above the permanent menu row) Is there any way that the realignment can be based on the window bottom instead.

I saw the reference to this

But it provides a lot of enhancements that I do not want to implement. I would just like the All Menu's dropdowns to overlay an adjacent frame.

Seems like the frameset needs to be in an iframe, but the exact details are a bit of a mystery.
