    Default Can safari work with Ajax XML Ticker (txt file source)

    1) Script Title:
    Ajax XML Ticker (txt file source)
    2) Script URL (on DD):
    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...ajaxticker.htm
    3) Describe problem: for some reason, probably the way safari renders css, the fade doesn't work. It seems to work on other browsers. Anyone have ideas?

    Thanks.

    Yep, I'll probably be pdating this script for Safari soon. In the meantime, try replacing:

    Code:
    else
    this.opacitysetting=1
    in the .js file with:

    Code:
    else
    contentdiv.style.opacity=this.opacitysetting
