help me out with this please

i am designing a WEBSITE for a very popular poet of the South Asia and let me also mention that i am a beginner with very little experience. the problem which i am facing is that though my site is very simple site giving just information about the Poet but the only bit of difficulty is always there, i need to add a forum in the site where i can discuss different matters about the Poet with my visitors where they can ask me questions which must must be visible to everyone and also the replies that i make must be open to view. I was looking for the most simple way in which i can solve this problem may be by some sort of a script or maybe some tutorial on the net which you can refer to me which must be free keeping in mind that i am designing my site in HTML and i don,t know anything about PHP and also that i have got only 4 days left to complete and submitt my website. Please help me out, i am in a real need.
