Default Desperate for help with Galleria and JCarousel. Please help if you can

Would anyone be able to explain about the JQuery Galleria and JCarousel plugins?
Or how exactly to get the same effect as the link below (i'm trying to get this exact same gallery for my site (with css modifications obviously lol):

    http://alexwilsonphoto.com/gallery/beauty/pinup/

I've done what is said on the Galleria website (http://devkick.com/lab/galleria/), but it doesnt seem to work. I must be missing something.
Also, the instructions on the site don't seem to be 'novice friendly' so it's a bit confusing.
I'm a complete novice with javascript so a simple straightforward guide would help alot.

    Thanks in advance. IC

Please post your own attempt so we can contrast the working and the broken. A lot of troubleshooting has already been accomplished for the working page; to make up the difference, we need the broken page.

Seems to work OK here, I'm not big on all the page loads though.

This is my attempt at a basic Galleria page (i want to get my head around it before I go onto adding JCarousel):

    http://homepage.ntlworld.com/r.hartl...pc_subpage.htm

I've put in the code as it describes on the Galleria website, but as you can see, it's all gone a bit wrong lol.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks, IC

People who aren't intimately familiar with frameworks usually can't help much with using them. Here's a more relevant venue for help:
