I working on a website for the owner of a digital video production company. They would like to have several video files on their site and I have no idea on how to provide the html coding for this video file.

I am currently working part time in website sales in a home based business opportunity and I have no previous experience with providing html coding. It is a .wmv file and is 1.4 mbs. Is there anyone that might be able to help me out with us or do you need more information? Please let me know. Thank you.
