Depends what you signed for when you entered the college (i.e a disclaimer, etc), and how old you are.
If you're under 18 or 21 (depending on country), then they'd need parental consent. Over that age, they'd need your consent.
Just make your concern known to the film crew and I'm sure they'll understand.

To the best of my knowledge, and depending on location, it is legal to film you without consent, but not to publish it.
