Dynamic Ajax Content's .js and .css not loading

3) Describe problem: I have prepared a demo page where i try to implement this script. The problem with this script is that it fails to load the .css and .js files.The code implememntation can be viewed at http://sak.dreamhosters.com/ajax/ajax2.html. I am trying to implement http://sak.dreamhosters.com/demo/ functionality using this script. Please let me know what could be the problem and its probable solution.
