Problem getting optin box working in popup box II

3) Describe problem: I am trying to get the popup box to show my aweber optin information. All it is the name and email. I am going to include the code here. If some one can tell me when to use the \, that seems to be the problem. I got the other parts of the box working with a picture and text, but then the optin just does nothing when it is on the page. So I add the code for the optin and go to the page where the popup should come up and nothing happens. Here is the code:

If someone could fix this for me by showing me where the \ goes that way I can do it right the next time. It says the the \ should be in front of every " in the html code, well I sure dont know where or at what parts of the above code it should be at.

You add backslashes before a quote, or double quote depending on which your using.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply. I tried that already, but I went a head and entered into the box and got the code and it gave me the same results, nothing on the page. When the page came up there was no popup. I am using xsitepro also to build this page. Here is the page were i want the popup to go to:

The code you gave me above is on the page and i would imagine when you go there you don't get a popup, at least I did not.
Thanks, but that is not it, but I appreciate your suggestion and look forward to hearing from you or anyone else with some idea's on how to make this d--- thing work.

Hello,
Thanks so much, it works.......................but
If you look at the site listed above, I am going to leave the code up so you can see, you will see and extra box above the name and email box. Not sure what the heck that is and I am afraid to change anything at this time.
I am going to compare the two codes and see what you did to make it work, but great job and thanks alot, I really appreciate it. I was using the popup from xsitepro but it gets block quite easily, so thanks for your help.
Maybe you can figure out why that extra box is there?????? and give me the fix for that, that would be great.
