Slide show not working without the name 'index.html'

1) Script Title: Ultimate Fade-in slide show (v1.51) FF1+ IE5+ Opr7+

3) Describe problem: I have created a slideshow using the above script (in Dreamweaver). I can view it locally with no problem but when it is live, it doesn't show up. It seems that if the page is not named 'Index.html' it doesn't work. I had problems with this before and as soon as I renamed it 'index.html' it worked live. Now, this slideshow is not on my index page, it is on my page named 'kreative.html'... Is there a way I can keep the name of my html document as it is without calling it 'index' and still have this work? Is there something in the javascript that I need to change so it is not referencing the index page but is referencing the 'kreative.html' page?
