Creating a sub-menubar under a main menu header

3) Describe problem: I was wondering if it is at all possible to build another menu inside of one of the drop menus. Meaning I would have:

Header1 Header2 Header3
----------------------- -------------- -------------
SubHead1 Subhead2 Item1 Item1
---------- -----------
Item1 Item1
Item2 Item2
