AnyLink Drop Down Menu Seperate style sheet

Not so much a problem more how do I
I am using the above script for my menu which will appear on every page and the menu will include every page (ie 20 main menusshown horizontally with 40 drop down menus in each) Total 800 pages, this obviously gives a huge style sheet which I placed in <head> section of page.
This is hopefully quite straitforward but I would like to put this style sheet in a seperate file and each page then calls it but dont know how to.
