multiple links to videos that all play in an iframe?

I have a question about how to accomplish something and also I'm not sure about the most efficient way. I will have a column of links on either side of a video window and I need the links to each open different video interviews in that same window. The page as it is now is: mylifelessordinary.com

I have everything aligned in a table as of now. Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

If you can convert the videos into a supported file format, you can use a Flash media player with a JavaScript API. The JW Flash Media Player or WMV Media Player are good options for this.

Otherwise, your iframe idea would work as well.
