Open Outlook on Submit

Hi

I have a submit button on my screen that is supposed to open outlook and insert a specific email address, subject and text message.
How would i do this?
Please help

You can open outlook using outlook:parameter.

For example, outlook:today opens Outlook Today.
Remember to take the http:// off the front of the link.
