How to create this image using photoshop

That's not very complex, overall. It looks fairly realistic, but it is basically just some shapes and colors, with shading.

Create layers, either by hand or mathematically with the base colors. Add a bit of texture to them if you'd like. Then for those parts that need it, make some drop shadows.
