I am looking for a simple script to let my client post and delete job postings on their site.

I was hoping it be php/css and hopefully no db , but OK if needed as they will probably never have more than 20 posts ever.

It would work like a bulletin board that only they (my client) could post too.
and would display in the jobs.htm page on their website in an uneditable form.

Hopefully it would be cssable to match the rest of the site.

I am assuming it would have Title, Description, Date and maybe contacts fields.

Any reccomendations appreciated. Preferably open source.
