Security block for DD Tab Menu I & II

How come when I view the DD page for their DD Tab Menu II here:

I don't get a security block on my browser? But when I copy the code and try to integrate it into a website I get the following block?

Google "mark of the web" with the quotes. Be assured, this only happens locally. Once you upload your page it will not do that.
