Help with Dynamic Ajax Content script

Would prefer to use this over iframe as it handles sizing without any problems...but have a problem that I'm trying to solve...The problem that the page I'm loading in the div has links on it and I would like them to open in the same page...is this possible with this script. The page loading in the div and the links on it are from a different domain.
Originally used an iframe...it works okay but when the links are opened, they don't open at the top of the page so that's why I thought the ajax script would work better. The iframe code is this:
