looking for a script that can add pages for me

i am looking for a script that handles the operation of just manually adding the page for me instead of me doing it example

Title : test

Description Test

Video Url : Test

Then i click done then it adds a link to the index.html to the page called test.html and when i got to it its got the title named test and the description name Test and the video url which would lead to a video file with a embeded code player. if anyone can help me that would be great and if i need more explaining please tell me

I don't understand what you are saying... Are you saying that you want the script to add the name of a link to it on its own, simply by looking at the page? Just a guess, but please be more specific in your request.

yes i want a script to automatically add the files for me and put in the necessary stuff that i put in the form like the title and the video url which will be embedded for ex. youtube.com you can make a title description and tags and upload a video except for me it will just be a url and it will automatically add like youtube

OH!! You want the script to add links to video AUTOMATICALLY!! I get it! Um, I can tell you this is possible. Howe'er, you must in SOME WAY include the link names and addresses in ANY script. So, you must basically do it on your own. It is possible that you could add links with a script automatically. This would require some hard work, though.
