Accordion Menu Mouseover

Hi all,

I'm brand new to these forums and I've so far been unable to find out how to program this.

What I'm looking for is an accordion script that performs quickly and exactly like the 'Next Steps' section on the front page of this website:

http://www.lombardisoftware.com/

It has a mouseover effect and clicking anywhere on the 'selected' item will take you to the subsequent page. Looking at the CSS it seems to have different first and last backgrounds from the inner list items.

Any help figuring this one out or some links would be greatly appreciated. I've been searching all day and so far have come up empty handed.

What "next steps" do you mean? If you mean the tabs, look here:

The 'Next Steps' section I'm talking about on the website is located to the right of the large "New to BPM?" feature. It's directly to the right of that and as I can tell is an accordion menu.

There are 5 list items in this section and the first one selected is 'Check Out Our Blog'.

It performs extremely fast for an accordion menu and for that reason I suppose I'm not entirely sure what to call it. However, I don't think it's pagination because there are not separate tabs for the each list item, but rather each list item reveals hidden information similar to an accordion.
