    Default Facebox closelabel.gif issue

    1) Script Title: Facebox Content Viewer

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...ebox/index.htm

    3) Describe problem: I have loaded all the files and my content comes up on my web page but the closelabel.gif doesn't appear so the file cannot be closed unless you refresh the page. The closelabel file is in the same directory as the javascript and css files so I'm not sure what is wrong. Anyone else had this issue? Could not find anything on the forum.

    Without seeing the page, let me make a wild guess.

    Go to facebook.js, and find this part:
    Code:
    $.facebox.settings = {
        loading_image : 'facefiles/loading.gif',
        close_image   : 'facefiles/closelabel.gif',
        image_types   : [ 'png', 'jpg', 'jpeg', 'gif' ],
    This means that the "close" image is saved at facefiles folder.

    This should lead you to the right direction.

    If nothing works, please provide a link to the page in question.

    Please post a link to the page on your site that contains the problematic script so we can check it out.

    Was testing in Firefox 3 and the graphic was not showing at all. Opened up the page in Opera and the graphic showed the [X] which at least told me the script was working and in fact the image path in facebox.js needed to be changed. Uploaded all files in the same directories as the source so don't know why the image wasn't working but by putting the entire path (less the www url) into the facebox.js file fixed the issue.
