how to stop ActiveX Yellow bar in IE

I have used
.tinytableopacity TD {
border:1px solid black;
FONT-SIZE: xx-small;
FONT-FAMILY: sans-serif;
filter:alpha(opacity=40);
-moz-opacity:.40;
opacity:.40;}
to make transparency to the background color in one of my web site elements but when i want to brows my web site in Internet Explorer i have the Yellow bar that stops running ActiveX. what code can i use to not have this yellow bar in IE when i am browsing the web site???????? (was i enough clear)
