Default Photoshop - zooming and the canvas.

    Hi all,

Is there an option or extension for Photoshop that allows the user to view the areas beyond the canvas, when zoomed in far enough that the canvas is larger than the screen area?

    Thanks!

yes. in the bottom left corner of the screen there is a tiny text box that says 100%. change it to the zoom level you want. also there is magnification tool in the tool box (it looks like a magnifying glass).

If you mean that it fills your window with the image and you want to have the image partway off your screen, no, I don't think you can do that. You have to be zoomed out far enough that the image doesn't fill your screen, then you can expand the window beyond the width of the image.
