Does the slide show work at all? The code you posted is the main script, it shouldn't be edited unless you know what you are doing or are following instructions from someone who does. You should also have an on page part of the script, like on the demo page, edited to reflect your preferences.
And, as I said earlier in this thread, having the browser scale your images is NOT the way to go because it uses more bandwidth and often results in poor quality image rendering, but it may be done (to an extent) using css in conjunction with configuring the on page part of the script. The main script does not need to be edited for that.
