You might have to maximize the window.

If you change the widths on the marquees to 24.5%, they will resize to changes in the window's width. Interesting, if incomplete design. Usually I don't like a page with so much movement on it but, it seems to work. Might feel a bit crowded and busy with more content on the page. On the down side the marquees render as block level elements (like paragraphs or divisions) in Mozilla, so they get line breaks after each one.

Do you know of a way that i can fix it to run properly in Mozilla?

Did the marquee line up evenly with top menu, if not can you tell me how to make it?

I had the same problem as you about a year ago and there was no solution then... I searched for an answer but could not find one. I don't think it is possible.
