Does any one know.. How to make a tree menu (swapping).. in html?

ie.. In the left side .. tree menu should be there.. and when i expand the tree menu.. and when i click on the sub menu.. and click the right arrow, the menu should move to right.. and from the right side text box.. i need to move the menu to left.. by clicking the left arrow..

any Ideas ... Can u please help... some thing like this.. i have created a screenshot.. of what i need...
