    Default Lgpl Gpl

Hi, I'm trying to use a script (jsdomenubar) in a commercial environment.
I read the term of usage in Dynamic Drive that says I can use it for free.
But when I download the script, it came with the GPL license text file.

We distribute our code in binary only, but I'm now confused as to how to use this script. (As far as I know, if it's under GPL, I have to provide all the source codes?)

Could someone help me out explaining which license I can go with? And clear up my confusion?

    Thank you!

If the script doesn't say it's under the GPL, then it's not under the GPL.
And JavaScript is plain-text anyway, so you're already including the source.
