Example: (*with base16)

The above set of chars must be encoded into an output with all chars of the hexadecimal system i.e. 0-F
A secondary output may be produced which helps to decode the primary o/p...
*The secondary o/p must be as small as possible..
In fact THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF THE SECONDARY OUTPUT ONE CAN COME UP WITH IS THE CHALLENGE!!!
