A handphone script?

Hello everyone, is it possible to make a script that look like a handphone.

For example a handphone have button, first button " 1 abc ". So how can i make it using javascript so that it can act like a handphone, when press on the first button one time, a "a" appears, when press the on first button second time, a "b" appears and so on.
