Uploading Images for User's Page

Ok so I am making a site for a clan that I am in and I want each member to have their own page, so they can upload their own photos. So far I have got the log in system working. Now what I am having trouble with is figuring out how to give each member their own page... I know I could do it by making each one their own .htm file, but I don't want to have to update it all the time and add those files. I also tried to do something like add: ?username= but I think I am going about the whole situation wrong. Can someone out there maybe point me in the right direction or give me a few hints about what I could do or how I should do it? Thanks in advance!!!

No one can help me or give me a few pointers? Maybe just how to pull the info from the URL and how to pass it there as well?
