Side Bar Menu help

I am looking for a side bar menu like the one found here: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/davidmenu.htm

What I am looking to do is have each menu item fold out into a sub menu and I know it is possible but can’t code it correctly.

I don't know where you'd beable to find something like this, but if you want, there's an easy way.

It may take some time, but its easier then scatch.
Look at there fx tutorials, and examples.
