Help with Jason's Date Input Calendar

3) Describe problem:
I have been trying for days to implement this script on a reservation request page for my business's web site. http;//www.101norforkresort.com. I have followed the directions as best I know how. I cannot make the script work. It will not preview locally or loaded to the site. The instructions say to up load the images and scripts to my web site. I have done this both in the root of the site and in the scripts folder. There is a private link to the page at the bottom of my rates page. (http://www.101norforkresort.com/Page...ortRates.shtml) The word DAYS at the bottom of the page is the link.

I searched the forum and found several requests for help. Everybody seemed to get the script to work and had a sophisticated problem that might help me if I could get the calendar to work at all. I am sure I am missing something incredibly obvious to someone who knows what they are doing. Me, I make beds and clean for a living.
