Are there any tools on the internet that can tell me how long it takes for a page to load?

I have adsl but I want to test my designs to see how long they would take on a dial up connection.

    Otherwise, FrontPage will do it.

The biggest improvement on speed would be dropping the music, it is slow to load even with broadband. Or, cut way down on its mp3 quality and/or length. The second improvement on load time would be to optimize all images and consider dropping the animated .gif or optimizing it as well.
