Random Text Picker?

Dear All

I have a website, as you may see from my profile, and on the main page is a qote of the week. This proved to be to much hard work and consequently hasn't been updated for a long time.

I thought that maybe, I could combine all of the quotes into one document or script and then have it pick one randomly (without repetition until all quotes have been used if possible) say every week?

Is this possible, and is there any fairly basic code or script that I can use?

Ok, it doesn't seem to let me send you a PM, so I decided to write my questions in a post!

It looks like just what I am after, however...

Can I make it loads into a table and not an iframe?

Do I have to have it load a HTML page, or can I just have it load a piece of text from a list?

And is the page called none.html just a completely blank HTML file? If so why is it needed?
