Is there an HTML script available for a basic state/city drop down menu?

I am working on a real estate website that needs this script.

I tried the AnyLink CSS Vertical Menu at
http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...nylinkcss2.htm

But it only allows one set of links per anchor link.

Also, is it possible to have this menu on multiple pages without having to install .js files into each directory in order for it to function?
