yet another challenge: getting this page working in all browsers

I use display:tag library to display my data as a customized display table. However, I cannot have the static header and scrollable body working as per
http://www.imaputz.com/cssStuff/bigFourVersion.html
in the latest version of IE7. It works fine in IE6 and FireFox.

It is a challenge to get this page working on all browser version!
