sucker tree menu looks funny in dreamweaver

3) Describe problem: main sucker div is blowing my page completely out when working in dreamweaver, looks like the main sucker div is really wide like 500 pixels, but I cannot edit that div so that it displays correctly in desgn view in dreamweaver. Looks fine in the broser though?

You should'nt worry much when it does'nt look good on DW.

No user (AFAIK) will view your page using dreamweaver. You should set your worries on how is it viewed on the primary browsers: IE,FF,Safari,Opera.
