What am I doing wrong? (Chrome CSS dropdown menu)

I don't claim to be a pro at this stuff, but I have a few years experience and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

I am trying to add the Chrome CSS dropdown (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...rome/index.htm) menu to a new site I'm designing.

I think I'm following the directions; tell me if I'm wrong:
I have downloaded the .zip file onto my computer, and then downloaded it from my computer to my web site files (where I store all my other documents, images, etc for the site). The I copy and paste the mark up for the menu shown on the instruction page into the body of my site. Yet all it get is some text that is linked...no exciting chrome dropdown menu.

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciate!

Right now it's very incomplete and not exciting...but www.geocities.com/idesigns08/template
